Job Description Roles & Responsibilities, • Co- ordination with internal sales team and vendor (Third Party/ Outsource Team) forEcommerce sales regarding listing, pricing and sales like Amazon, Flipkart, India Bulls and Snapdeal. • Sales Support and Post-sales Support. • Coordinate sales team and warehouse team by managing schedules, and communicating relevant information. • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form/ MIS and present reports. • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. • Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP). • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients and understand their needs. • Daily submission of Sales MIS,redressal of customer complaints. • Creatin
