Job description • Should have expertise in developing rich cross functional relationships, experience in sales, business development, pre-sales, customer success, account management, CXO relationship management and account expansion in the markets cut across • Possess keen business acumen in analyzing and understanding business requirements, customer value maximization and developing new business processes and revenue streams. • Should be competent to create a win-win relationship with Corporate Client through excellent coordination/negotiation skills for repeat/referral business. • Visionary leadership in assessing client needs, and strategically positioning programs aligned with customer and market/industry needs/ projections • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
