Job Insights** ● The job of a user experience designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life. ● In this role, you’ll take complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs. ● As a Product Designer, you will lead design across the B2B product and will help to shape experiences for our businesses & their users with analytical data & user research. ● You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure a user-centered approach. At each stage of product development, you’ll help ensure the team anticipates user needs, iterates on their feedback, and ships a final product that delights them. You will also help identify new product opportunities, product improvements & present the product’s experience to stakeholders. ● You’ll need to collaborate with a fellow team of designers, managers, and engineers throughout the design process from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. ● Drive the direction, style, and methodology of design and usability. ● Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking while also delivering solutions that meet user and business goals. **Responsibilities** ● Develop high-level and detailed mockups, prototypes to effectively ● communicate interaction and design ideas. ● Embrace and welcome the design challenges and early feedback. ● Ability to sketch, prototype, and test the designs often conduct usability evaluations. ● Creative problem solving with a user-minded approach. ● Applying a variety of tools and techniques. ● Work with other designers to raise the quality bar and contribute to our design system of components, styles, and interactions. ● Advocate design processes, principles, and tools to peers. ● Partner with product managers to define a roadmap that directs the entire team. ● Work closely with engineers to build, iterate on, and ship the concept designs **Qualifications** ● Creative problem-solving skills ● A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives ● Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ● Good understanding of color science and combinations ● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members ● Excellent attention to detail ● Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends ● Should be good at user persona, user research, user feedback ● Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes. ● Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming ● Employ design concepts into functional prototypes ● Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts ● Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations **Preferred Experience** ● Mandatory Product-based experience (ERP, SaaS) ● Experience with working on enterprise products. ● Experience with visual and interaction design tools. ● Experience designing across multiple device types and contexts (desktop, mobile, tablets, etc.) ● Degree in design, Human-computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. ● 2+ years of experience: UX design, Interaction design. ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ● Startup experience is a plus.
