Description

1) Primary responsibilities. ● Requirements (Integration related) gathering from clients. ● To read and analyze all the project requirement documents and understand what needs to be implemented. ● Creation of understanding document, technical integration documents with flow chart diagram. Documentation to be enterprise-level to represent the quality of deliverables... ● Get the sign-off on understanding documents from concerned stakeholders. ● Ability to understand and manage change requests from clients. ● Work closely with clients, project managers, integration managers, and other BA team members. ● Evaluate technical documentation, architecture, and solutions. ● Work with Dev and QA team for feature release update. ● An ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to team members and clients. ● Can adapt well to changing circumstances and strategies. ● A commitment to understanding our clients and helping them deliver value. 2) Skills required: ● Basic understanding of SAAS product development and its technology stacks (e.x. Javascript, CSS, Java, NGINX, MySQL, MongoDB, etc). ● Basic knowledge of APIs and web services. ● Experience with multiple operating systems. ● Knowledge in networking and internet protocols. ● Exceptional attention to detailing any requirements. ● Excellent in verbal and email communication. ● Good to have domain knowledge in BFSI/FinTech/RegTech. ● Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel). ● Hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis. This role will: 1. Under general direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/requirements. 2. Act as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements. 3. Research, identify and specify solutions to problems. 4. Support and conduct visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design. Document requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools. 5. Support requirements management and change management processes. 6. Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations. 7. Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Essential Skills/Qualifications: Business Analysts in this role will have successfully demonstrated the following skills over a minimum of three (3) years of progressive, directly related job experience. 1. Requirements Elicitation – researching, interviewing 2. Requirements Determination – using structured, repeatable processes for documenting, analyzing, and validating requirements 3. OO Analysis – using UML models, use cases, and object-oriented approaches to capture, structure, and communicate business needs 4. Structured Requirements: capturing details with precision; driving out ambiguity; ensuring consistent understanding across clients, designers, and testers 5. Scope Management – defining scope, managing expectations, identifying potential change 6. Requirements Management – creating and maintaining baselines and traceability 7. Change Management – identifying, assessing, and managing changes 8. Issue & Risk management – identifying, managing, mitigating, and escalating 9. Creativity and Problem Solving – bringing innovative ideas to complex problems 10. Collaboration – building relationships and working effectively with internal and external teams, at all organizational levels 11. Integration Business Analyst requires strong technical knowledge and relevant experience Effective Communication: 1. Verbal: explaining, questioning, exploring, and listening 2. Written: presenting information and communicating concepts to business and technical audiences at all levels. 3. Educational background should include a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in BA or a Master’s degree and up to two years of experience as BA. 4. Preferably someone who can understand the basic SAAS product delivery technologies. 5. Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible and able to adapt quickly and confidently to rapidly changing roles, objectives, and priorities.
