Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle client queries & escalation via calls or e-mail. Delivery of reports as per the TAT. Ensure team responds to the e-mails as per the SLA. Float process updates throughout the floor. Ensure cases are closed as per the set standard procedure. Publish trackers on a daily basis and focus on quality. Provide status of the cases to the client on a daily basis. Ensure annexures are provided to finance every month. Generate business through regular communication with clients. Regular working on excel, word and PPT. Attrition and Shrinkage control. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years. Strong communication and presentation skills
