Responsibilities: ● Achieve additional business through upselling/cross-selling Dozee solution ● Ensure adoption and usability of the solution in partner hospitals ● Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc for Hospitals ● Develop strong relationships with customers (Doctors & Nurses) ● Resolve operations escalations in hospitals, with the help of operations executive ● Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals ● Ensure payments are done on time by partner hospitals ● Regularly update the management and sales team on device usage Required Skills and experience: ● 4+ years experience in sales/operations ● Should have good communication, presentation and public speaking skills ● Prior experience of managing medical devices or healthcare solution is a plus ● Should possess business acumen and should be results oriented ● Should be willing to travel within city premises, incl. visiting Covid affected hospitals ● Building and managing relationships with different stakeholders - doctors, nurses etc
