Continually work on the search engine optimization of the website(s)  Perform keyword research and analysis  Manage and maintain the organization s website(s)  Optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter  Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports  Attain key performance indicators  Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns.  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests  Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.  Have an idea of e-commerce and work closely with the e-commerce department for all the need-based requirements.  Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.  Promote the company’s products and services in the digital space. Desired Candidate Profile -  3-6 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing  Experience executing paid social media campaigns  Bachelor's degree in marketing or business  Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe  Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time  Incredible attention to detail  Full understanding of all social media platforms/SEO/ Google Analytics/Google Ad words  Problem-solving skills  Knowledge of content management systems
