Job responsibilities: Working with Customer support team with regard to appointment closure at diagnostic centers specially VIP appointments. Miscellaneous- as and when required. Manage onsite activities (Bio metrics)- site inspection, Process brief to the vendor, Managing the employees at camp site, Data entry as per process, managing onsite escalations, Report delivery, working with respective account managers and HR to drive the numbers. Manage Kiosk- App downloads and login, scheduling annual health checks, resolving any issues related portal or App. Marketing requirement- need to work with account managers and marketing team for marketing material requirements like on boarding Vendors locally for printing marketing material and putting across the camp location Customer Support- Need to work with support team and be available at DC for any VIP appointments, daily follow up with DC’s w.r.t report delivery and bring them to closure within TAT. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid and complete reports on daily basis by using the right methods/tools
