Description

Sales Plan • To create an annual sales plan , product wise, customer segment wise, territory wise. • Review Plans every quarter • Sales targets for every quarter , and its review Prospects Generation and daily calls • Generate 300 prospects a quarter / year • Conduct minimum daily calls/ visits 10 per day to prospects, ---calls to existing customers Tour Planning • Submit monthly tour plan , ex-HQ and HQ in advance • Get approval from reporting manager for any deviations to approved tour plans Sales Execution • Execute the sales process by responding to client enquires in a proactive and timely manner • Inform sales HO of any new requests/market information received • Complete all formalities related to customer compliances
