The position is responsible to develop and execute key sales growth strategies, and drive distribution expansion/ business growth plans with profitability with the ability to create, coach, advise, motivate, and maintain a high-performance sales team. ü Key Role & Responsibilities: ü Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate the business growth in line with agreed plans/Targets thus Increasing market share. ü Grow the distribution Channel/ Network, Drive volume, and profitability to achieve disruptive growth. ü Develop, maintain and motivate sales teams like ASMs, RSMs & ZSMs in identifying and growing new business opportunities. ü Periodic tracking of secondary & tertiary sales and guide the team to accelerate the shelf off-takes. ü Monitor and control the cost of various expenses pertaining to operations within the S&D spend budget limits. ü Ensuring timely submission of accurate and reliable reports/information from all levels in the region. ü Ensuring compliance with all guidelines in force from time to time, at all the levels in the region. ü Identifies potential ideas by researching industry and related events & strategies. At the same time Examine risks and potentials for new business opportunities. ü Address customer complaints and fulfil requirements/ensure solutions within time ü Visit Distributors regularly to monitor the implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and Maintain relationships for long-term business prospects ü Analyse sales and stock availability in each region/territory and monitor secondary sales on regular ü Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers · Candidate Profile: ü 15+ Years of experience in driving business growth. ü Should preferably have a West-based talent - so moving to Rajkot should not be a challenge. ü Qualification Any Graduate/Postgraduate: ü Key Requirements: ü From Companies with strong Super stockist/ Rural network/urban Network ü Indian companies in the F&B, FMCG segment. ü ZSMs - Non MBAs: In strong organizations ü Competencies/ Attributes Commercial Acumen, Strong analytical, data interpretation & Interpersonal Skills,
