Description
Responsible for developing overall business of all products Provide sales projection to management. Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, budgets, and managing staffs. Should ensure team is effectively promoting Company's products and targeting the right customers. Build sales strategies and motivate the team to achieve the set goals. Monitor and ensure effective management of leads and post sales services. Work on customer retention strategy and implement the same. To ensure the better performance from the team by visiting branch offices and motivating them regularly. To provide inputs to management based on MIS data and customer’s requirements.
