Define the Role ● Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads ● Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers ● Build trust by handling customer objections ● Flawless execution of SOP while on the field ● Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals ● Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions ● Share local insights from the field to the central team Skills One skillset ● Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills ● Hunger- Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings ● Presentation- Personal should invoke trust ● Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English ● Basic mathematic calculations
