SR/SO Roles & Responsibilities 1. Achieving sales coverage & growth by doing secondary sales to manage & increase retail coverage. 2. Working & Executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets. 3. Managing logistic & ensuring distributors are serving the market as per identified routes. 4. Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributor for primary billing. 5. Candidates from FMCG sector having 2-3 Years of Industry experience with secondary sales /retail Coverage experience only should apply. 6. Candidates must be comfortable with Reporting, preparing various sales reports. 7. Knowledge of New product Launching. Desired Candidates Profile 1. Should have on roll work Experience of 1-3 years in FMCG sales specifically retail coverage & secondary sales. 2. Should have worked on achieving volume growth for new products. 3. Should have hands on experience on General Trade Distributors handling & building retail network.
