Organize and maintain personnel records · Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) · Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire formalities · Revise company policies with the help of seniors · Liaise with external parties, like insurance vendors, and various other vendors. · Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) · Answer employees queries about HR-related issues · Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) · Arrange travel, visa, accommodations and process expense forms · Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) and all HR and Admin related duties Also having knowledge of all relevant acts such as shops & establishment, Gratuity, Provident Fund, ESIC and timely legal compliance Computer knowledge - Well versed with MS Office Package ( Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Selection Process: Telephonic Round & Skype Rounds Interview Type: Virtual
