Experience: 3 to 7 years in Talent Management & Employer Engagement Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University Preferred Qualification: Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent Core Competencies: 1. Communication and Interpersonal skills 2. Employee Engagement / Employee Retention 3. Analytical Ability Functional Competencies: 1. Problem Solving 2. Master Collaborator 3. Business Acumen Roles & Responsibilities: • Create, monitor and deploy the engagement calendar for teams across the country • Create and execute the employee communication plan. • Devise a strategy and execute feedback and handling grievances across teams • Creating the action plan based on feedback • Devise an employer branding strategy to create awareness for facilitating smooth talent acquisition • Execute the R&R program Mandatory Requirements: Excellent Communication in English & Hindi. Should have experience in Employee Engagement. Sharp in thought process & analytical ability.
