• To Ensure that the Farms are maintained in line with the Protocols & SOPs. • Monitor & implement SOPs at farm level. • To plan and establish farms as per the business plan & budgets. • To achieve operational performance of the Farms. • To maintain the sufficient feed stock in all farms to avoid/minimize the Inter farm feed transfer. • Monitor the implementation the SOP in farm level. • Ensure vaccination and medicine schedule in all farms. • Organize necessary associated inputs & resources for delivering the necessary regional output. • Ensure smooth working environment and improving the morale of the employee's working under him. • Ensure employee safety at work and implement safety work practices. • Introducing innovative initiatives in operations. • Escalate issues to the management which require management attention. • Collect data about the day to day activities of the farms and initiate actions for the gap. • Monitor all periodical maintenance activities as per SOP and check list. • Regular visit to all farms and take corrective actions. • Organize internal and external training to farm staff for operations, maintenance and Poultry farms. • Monitor Hygienic score status along with the reports to be maintained for verification. • Ensure the medicine storage as per SOP, create awareness to the staff. • Introducing innovative techniques for the enhancement of farm operations. • Close monitoring of farm operation / maintenance process and escalate issues that require management attention. • MIS reports.
