Must have min 10 - 15 years of related field experience of handling Heavy dutyPress shop.2] Will be responsible for complete operation of the Press shop in terms of PQCDSM3] Ensure Strategic alignment of Press shop Operations with Production goals.4] Co-ordination with team for present Line loading and future requirement / Newproducts5] Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained profitableoperations in the unit6] Build Positive employee relationship & Ensure customer responsive workingenvironment.7] Capacity Planning, Executing and Reviewing the agreed Production Plan to meetdaily Targets8] Ensuring Efficiency of Man, Machine and Material resources as per theTargets/guidelines9] Ensuring excellent performance during customer audits & reviews10] Ensuring Compliance to applicable Safety requirements11] Identifying, planning and executing projects to improve upon production, quality,& Cost indices (Yield)12] Ensuring Compliance to Quality System in accordance to ISO9000, ISO14001,IATF 16949, TPM etc.13] Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Team on regular basis andmotivating them to improve performance.14] Should have excellent written and verbal communication to communicated at alllevels internally and externally15] Should be able to make and give presentation confidently internally andexternally16] Liaising with Customer and maintaining good business relation with them.17] Experience of Manufacturing BIW and Skin panels for CV and PV vehiclesfor customer like Toyota / Daimler / TVS etc
