Plant head (press shop )

Job description

Must have min 10 - 15 years of related field experience of handling Heavy duty
Press shop.
2] Will be responsible for complete operation of the Press shop in terms of PQCDSM
3] Ensure Strategic alignment of Press shop Operations with Production goals.
4] Co-ordination with team for present Line loading and future requirement / New
products
5] Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained profitable
operations in the unit
6] Build Positive employee relationship & Ensure customer responsive working
environment.
7] Capacity Planning, Executing and Reviewing the agreed Production Plan to meet
daily Targets
8] Ensuring Efficiency of Man, Machine and Material resources as per the
Targets/guidelines
9] Ensuring excellent performance during customer audits & reviews
10] Ensuring Compliance to applicable Safety requirements
11] Identifying, planning and executing projects to improve upon production, quality,
& Cost indices (Yield)
12] Ensuring Compliance to Quality System in accordance to ISO9000, ISO14001,
IATF 16949, TPM etc.
13] Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Team on regular basis and
motivating them to improve performance.
14] Should have excellent written and verbal communication to communicated at all
levels internally and externally
15] Should be able to make and give presentation confidently internally and
externally
16] Liaising with Customer and maintaining good business relation with them.
17] Experience of Manufacturing BIW and Skin panels for CV and PV vehicles
for customer like Toyota / Daimler / TVS etc
