  • Building relationships: Following up with customers after purchases, suggesting additional options, and inviting them to events 
  • Demonstrating products: Using interactive materials like videos, charts, and slideshows to present products 
  • Setting up displays: Arranging merchandise to look attractive and stocking products at booths or promotional stands
