Salary range upto 40lpa
Location-Vashi, Mumbai
Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
focused on selling refrigeration and cold chain solutions to warehouse and
logistics clients.
• Identify target markets and key accounts within
the cold chain industry and develop tailored sales strategies to penetrate
these markets.
• Collaborate with senior management and product
development teams to identify new business opportunities and expand product
offerings.
Team Leadership & Management:
• Train, and lead a high-performing salesteam
specialized in selling cold chain solutions and services.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to
salesteam members to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration,
accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team
Business development & Expansion:
• Identify
new business opportunities and market trends within the coldchain industry and
develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
• Ability
to build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate
and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the refrigeration and
cold chain industry, including warehouse operators, logistics companies, and
food distributors.
• Understand
client needs and requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their
specific refrigeration and cold chain requirements.
• Act
as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring
(Forecasting) and Reporting:
• Monitor
sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, sales pipeline, and
conversion rates, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Forecast
sales volumes and revenue projections based on market trends, client demand,
and sales pipeline analysis.
• Utilize
CRM software and sales analytics tools to track sales activities, manage leads,
and optimize sales processes.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration ,Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven
experience in sales management, with atleast 15 years of experience in selling
refrigeration and cold chain solutions.
• Deep
understanding of refrigeration technologies, coldchain logistics, and industry-
specific requirements.
