Graduation - bcom or any graduation related with finance
Experience - min 2 years
Roles and responsibilities :-
(1)Account Reconciliation: Reviewing and reconciling financial statements, bank statements, and other financial records to identify discrepancies.
(2) Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data to detect anomalies and investigate variances between different records.
(3) Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on reconciled accounts and discrepancies found, and presenting them to management for review.
(4) Collaboration: Working closely with accounting, finance, and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes.
(5) Process Improvement: Identifying and recommending improvements to reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
(6)Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial reporting.
(7) Record Maintenance: Maintaining organized and accurate records of reconciliations and supporting documentation for audits.
(8) Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the reconciliation process.
(9) Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding reconciliation status, findings, and any required actions.
(10) Training and Guidance: Providing training or guidance to junior staff or other departments on reconciliation processes and best practices.
