The HR Generalist will lead recruitment efforts and support key HR functions like induction, policy implementation, and payroll management, contributing to a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (60%):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent.

HR Functions (40%):

  • Oversee employee induction and onboarding.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies.
  • Manage payroll processing and address employee queries.
  • Support employee engagement and HR-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR  and MS Office.
