Responsibilities

• Primary function is to achieve the sales target of the company in his/her area of operation.


• Enquiry Generation and handling customer enquiry.


• Offer Generation, Negotiation and order booking.


• Giving Presentation to clients (builders, architects, direct customers).


• Increase market share in the designated area.


• To strategize maximize market coverage and effectively manage the funnel.


• Ability to do effective market segme


• Ability to lead a team.

Requirements and skills:

• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal,


• Verbal and written communication skills,


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• A valid driving license is mandatory for application.


• Strong customer connects, strong market knowledge.


• Fostering teamwork attitude.


• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, consistently take the initiative to get things done, proactive rather than reactive, demonstrate a strong desire to win.


• Proficient in Ms-Office (Outlook, Word, Advance Excel and Power Point etc) and ERP etc.


• Vehicle and a valid driving license is a mandatory requirement.


• Open to travel.


• To work under minimum supervision with a go-getter attitude.
