Job Description :

 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective functioning of the production process.

 Key Responsibilities:

 · Identify and source suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and other materials required for the plastic production process.

 · Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors and suppliers.

 · Maintain an optimum level of stock to ensure smooth production operations. 

 · Monitor material usage and ensure that the inventory is replenished before running low.

 · Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery time. 

 · Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service.

 · Place purchase orders for raw materials, consumables, and machinery as per production requirements.

Maintain proper records of purchases, payments, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for purchase approvals and documentation. 

· Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure that materials procured meet the required standards and specifications.

 · Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and cost-effective suppliers.

Proactively find and introduce alternative products or suppliers that can reduce costs or improve product quality.

 · Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, material consumption, vendor performance, and cost savings.
