Job Description- Accountant/ Accounts Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: 1.44 - 3 LPA
Reports to: Finance-Dept Head
Travel: Minimal
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and recording accounting related entries in Zoho Books and Tally
2. Verifying PO’s issued to vendors, invoices from vendors and processing payments
3. Verifying PO’s issued to us from customers and preparing invoices for various
milestones
4. Report project level profitability to the CFO
5. Track payment collections from clients and report to the CFO on a daily basis
6. Perform monthly bank settlements
7.
8. Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, P&L
statements, etc.
9. Prepare documentation for external auditors and investors
10. Payroll processing
11. Verification and processing of employee expense claims and advance requests
12. Team management: manage work allocation, systems training, performance
evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic
Requirements
Educational requirements:
• Semi Qualified – CA/ ICWA- Mandatory
• B. Com./ M. Com
Experience requirements:
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, in any Industry, Freshers will be
considered.
• Proficient in using Tally, MS Excel
