To ensure proper maintenance by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule ∙Assigned service requests to be diagnosed to identify the root cause, as well as for an efficient long- term resolution. Trouble shooting, fault findings & root cause analysis. ∙Responsible for briefing the client on the working on the entire solar plant, including maintenance techniques. Customer satisfaction to be top-most priority. ∙To ensure a daily report is submitted to the reporting manager on the status of all assigned tasks. ∙Strict adherence to SOP’s set by the company, including filling required forms at various stages of project execution. ∙Primarily responsible for all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites in the assigned region for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants. ∙Strict adherence to pre-set parameters at all plants as part of the quality assessment post installation of all sites.
