Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Executive/Assistant Manager to join
our dynamic team at Home Plus Reality. As a Pre-Sales Executive/AM, you will play a crucial
role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into sales opportunities
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our properties and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and
preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry (or freshers with excellent communication
skills)
- Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
