Job description

Position:- HR Executive 

 Experience:- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations 

 Salary:- 18-23k In hand per month + PF & other benefits. 

 Job profile- 1) Support the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process
2) Assist in delivering effective training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development
3) Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices
4) Provide guidance and support to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development
5) Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR policies and practices
6) Assist with attendance management for all the employees
7) Plan and lead the Employee Engagement activities
