HIRING FOR SALES MANAGER
Location - Gurgaon
CTC - Upto 9 LPA
Key Responsibilities
● Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed
sales targets.
● Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and
plans to drive growth and market share.
● Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,ensuring
exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
● Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up dated on
industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
● Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to
identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
● Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the
sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operation steams
to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
● Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
● Experience: 3+ years
● Education: Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
○ Strong leadership and team management skills.
○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
○ Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
○ Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
