1. Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and
informative leaflets)
2. Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call
centre agents.

6. Monitor stock and order office supplies.
7. Ensure proper mail distribution.
8. Prepare and monitor office budget.
9. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
10. Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
2. Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping
procedures
3. Proficiency in English (oral and written)
4. Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
5. Excellent communication and people skills
6. Good organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Problem-solving skills
8. High School diploma: additional certification is a plus.
