Prepare the
Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
●
Planning
portfolio growth initiatives, assortment planning, launch planning and
execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
●
Monitoring
performance and taking corrective actions
●
Planning
and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising and other marketing
activities.
●
Negotiate
favorable annual trading and logistic contract with chain
●
Competitor
analysis and take action accordingly.
●
Manage
Accounts receivables and responsible for debt collection.
●
Resolve
customer complaints and ensure smooth operations.
●
Manage a
large workforce across the Modern Trade channel.
●
Manage and
review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local
Sales Management
●
Work
closely with Key Account Managers to achieve desired business goals.
