HIRING FOR RECEPTIONIST
Location - Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Service & Client Interaction:
○ Greet visitors, clients, and potential buyers in a friendly and professional
manner.
○ Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate team members,
and provide information about properties or services as needed.
○ Manage client appointments, schedule property viewings, and coordinate with
sales agents or property managers.
○ Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the correct meeting room or
office area.
Office Management:
● Ensure that the front desk and lobby area are tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
● Maintain and update client databases, schedule follow-ups, and track communication
logs.
● Process and track office correspondence and paperwork, including contracts, forms,
and other documentation.
Experience:
● Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, ideally in a
real estate or customer service environment.
● Knowledge of the real estate industry and property terminology is an asset
