Responsibilities

Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of messages and calls to attract new leads.

• Reaching out to prospects through calls or messages to assess their needs.


• Nurturing the leads, following up with them, and understanding their issues inside out.


• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.


• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.


• Analyze the market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.


• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and

   potential for new products and services.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.


• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements and skills:

• Quick Turnaround Time


• Good communication skills, ability to work with different departments


• Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Receptive to constructive criticism, and delivering changes as directed


• Technical know-how

Good knowledge of MS Office

• Highly motivated and target-driven.


• Excellent negotiation, and communication skills.


• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.


• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers' needs.


• A healthy attitude towards constructive criticism.
