Job Title : Executive production (Shift In charge)
Work Location : Jhagadia, Bharuch
Gender : Male
Age : Upto 30

B.E. Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Management:
• Coordinate and supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift.
Production Planning:
• Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely and efficient production schedules.
• Monitor production plans and make adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
Quality Control:
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Performance Monitoring:
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Safety Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Communication:
• Effectively communicate production goals, targets, and expectations to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production processes.
Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve any production-related issues or challenges in a timely manner.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of problems.
Experience & Skills:
• 4+ Years experience in production management, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Work in shifts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team-building capabilities.
Salary:Hike on current CTC
Skills and Knowledge
Must have knowledge about of M.S. office
Able to handle more than 10-member team size.
Good communication skill, especially English and Hindi.
Can handle shift independently.
Having an experience around 4 to 5 years.
Having an experience in production department only.
Experience to work with 5s, Kaizen, 4m, TQM, TQS ,ISO etc.
Knowledge related to EHS.
