Job Summary:
Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for the DST (Direct Sales Team)
Channel in New Delhi to drive sales for unsecured personal loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales
background in financial products, especially unsecured loans, and possess excellent leadership and team
management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Direct Sales Team (DST) to achieve sales targets for unsecured personal loans.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase loan disbursement and customer acquisition.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, channels, and markets for personal loans.
Drive and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the DST to enhance sales performance.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and competition to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to support sales initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on unsecured personal loans.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services sector.
