Role: CRM Executive
Handling the queries of the customer in the chat (30%) or via call (70%).
Handled customer complaints calmly and professionally
Providing positive solutions to uphold company reputation.
Resolved customer complaints via call or by mail
Responded to customer request for products, services, and company information.
Answered customer telephone calls promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.Offered advice and assistance to customers paying attention to special needs or wants.
Responsible for customer handling and upselling.
Responsible to give Product advise to the customer.
