Summary/ Objective:
At Gaiagen, we manufacture products that are biological alternatives to chemicals, in the field of
pest management.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative to help us
expand our clientele.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong
relationships with clients. 

Required Qualification:

1. Agricultural / Science Graduates with experience in Sales. 

2. Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of AgroChemical/ Agricultural Product Sales.

 3. Good communication skills and being able to communicate effectively in more than one
south Indian language. 

Skills and Attributes: 

1. Proven sales track record 

2. Experience in customer support is a plus 

3. Market knowledge 

4. Communication and negotiation skills 

5. Ability to build rapport

 6. Time management and planning skills

 Job Description:

1. Develop markets in the zone/territory allocated 

2. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth 

3. Assess potential distributors & dealers in the location

 4. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

 5. Appoint, create & manage network of distributors & dealers 

6. Lead generation & researching prospective accounts in target markets 

7. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

 8. Product demonstration, training to distributors, dealers & farmers 

9. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

 10. Complaint handling on behalf of distributors, dealers & farmers 

11. Build relationship with key stakeholders to expand market potential

 12. Attending conferences and industry events
