Job Description:

candidatewillhaveastrongbackground inaccountingand finance,withtheabilityto manage
various financial tasks efficiently.
KeyResponsibilities:
 FinancialReporting:Prepareandmaintainfinancialstatements,includingbalance
sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
 AccountsPayableandReceivable:Manageinvoicing,payments,andcollectionsto
ensure timely processing and reconciliation.
 GeneralLedgerManagement:Recordandmaintainallfinancialtransactionsinthe
general ledger with accuracy.
 TaxCompliance:Assistinthepreparationandfilingoftaxreturnsandensure
compliance with local and national tax regulations.
 BudgetingandForecasting:Assistinthepreparationofbudgetsandforecaststo
support financial planning.
 Audits:Support internalandexternalauditsbyprovidingnecessarydocumentationand
information.
 ExpenseManagement:Monitorandmanagecompanyexpensestoensurealignmentwith
budgetary constraints.
 FinancialAnalysis:Conductfinancialanalysistoidentifytrends,variances,and
opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield.
 Minimumof1yearofexperienceinaccountingorfinanceroles.
 ProficiencyinaccountingsoftwareandMicrosoftExcel.
 Strongunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandpractices.
 Excellentattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
 Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
 Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
PreferredSkills:
 ExperiencewithERPsystems.
 FamiliaritywithGSTandotherlocaltaxregulations.
