Job description

1.Credit Underwriting.

• Credit Assessment

• Review and analyse Personal loan applications to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.

• Assess financial statements, credit reports, cash flow projections, and other relevant documents to evaluate the applicant's ability to repay the loan.

• Utilize credit scoring models and loan strategies to make informed credit decisions.

2.Risk Analysis:

• Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with each loan application.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and recommend appropriate terms and conditions for approved loans.

• Monitor and manage credit exposure, ensuring alignment with the organization's risk tolerance.

• Make informed and timely decisions regarding loan approvals, declines, and counter-offers.

• Collaborate with risk, tech teams to present and justify credit decisions, tech bugs.

3.Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk assessment.

• Propose process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of credit assessment procedures.

4.Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on credit portfolio performance, delinquencies, and risk exposure for

management review.
