· Lead the design and architecture of Citrix solutions, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler, to meet business and technical requirements.
· Develop and document detailed technical designs, including high-availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
· Possess 8+ years’ experience in Citrix Administration experience
· Provide technical leadership and expert opinion/guidance on enterprise-wide.
· Citrix infrastructure and ensure SLA compliance
· Exceptional implementation and troubleshooting skills in Citrix Virtual
· Apps/Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) and Hypervisor (XenServer) Sound exposure to Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall,
· Application Delivery Management, etc.
· Proven skills in optimizing Citrix infrastructure Excellent understanding of Citrix Provisioning and Machine Creation Services
· Apt at Upgrades and Patch Management
· Evolve best practices aligned to ITIL
· Perform Vendor Management
· Well exposed to handling escalations, change control requirements, incident and problem resolution mechanisms; handle incident management and problem management tasks by performing proper troubleshooting, the root cause analysis and remediation
· Establish mechanisms/processes to identify incident/problem trends and implement measures to prevent them
· Creating and Maintaining technical documentation/SOPs
