Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead D2C Sales Outreach: Develop
    and execute an effective sales strategy to target and onboard D2C brands
    to the ONDC platform.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential brand partners through market research,
    networking, and outreach. Serve as the primary contact for brands, guiding
    them throughout the onboarding process.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to
    ensure smooth onboarding and support for each client’s unique needs.

  • Strategic Sales Support: Offer
    insights on product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and
    promotional activities to drive brand success.

  • Training & Development: Conduct
    training sessions and provide resources to educate brand partners on best
    practices and tools for maximizing sales success on the platform.

  • Troubleshoot & Liaise: Address
    any technical or operational challenges by coordinating between D2C brands
    and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution.

  • Stay Informed on Trends: Monitor
    industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
    in the B2B and D2C sales space to inform strategic decisions.



 



Qualifications:




  • Educational Background: Bachelor's
    degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or
    equivalent experience is a plus.

  • Sales Expertise in D2C/E-commerce:
    Strong understanding of the D2C business model, B2B sales dynamics, and
    e-commerce trends.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent
    communication and relationship-building abilities with various
    stakeholders.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to
    identify sales opportunities, develop actionable plans, and achieve
    results.

  • Driven & Adaptable:
    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing
    environment.

  • Passion for Technology and E-commerce Innovation: Keen interest in contributing to the evolution of digital
    commerce through the ONDC platform.



 



Preferred Experience:



Experience working with or understanding
the ONDC framework.



Familiarity with e-commerce seller
platforms and inter-participant transactions.
