·   Proven experience as an HR
Manager or similar role

·   Excellent knowledge of HR
policies and procedures

·   Experience with recruitment
and selection, performance management, training and development, and
compensation and benefits administration

·   Strong interpersonal and
communication skills

·   Ability to work independently
and in a team

·   Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Human Resources or related field

·   Knowledge of labor laws and
regulations

·   Experience in the financial
services industry is a plus.
