Manager - Marketing

Job description

1. This person will participate in key initiatives to aggressively grow Solutions and Engineering Services business in global market.


2. Develop and Implement the Brand promotion and Marketing strategy for Global Engineering Division Services & Solution in North America, Europe, UK, Middle East, Australia, Singapore etc. market.


3. Work closely with Sales and Business Development team to Identify target market, obtain customer database for cold calling by sales team and prepare customized deck form time to time for customer meetings.


4. Sales campaign design and hand holding sales team in its successful implementation.


5. Market research to identify potential market, ongoing global projects and customers.


6. Sending Regular mailers to international customers.


7. Developing application notes / success stories papers as marketing tool.


8. Design of sales collaterals / brochures etc.


9. Sales lead generation through mailers and introduction calls


10. Developing and/or implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaign plans which include advertising, innovations, white papers, events and case studies.


11. Analysing Marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs to tap new opportunities.
