Key Responsibilities:
Client Discussions & Meetings : Regularly meet with architects and clients to understand their project needs,
provide product recommendations, and build long-term relationships.
Daily Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, and internal teams,
ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through relationship management and networking,
working to secure orders and maintain a consistent client pipeline.
Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met,
coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.
Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prepare progress reports, and follow up
on leads and ongoing projects.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide
insightful feedback to the sales and product teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:3-5 years of sales & business development Experience
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to Understand &
communicate smoothly within teams & external clients
Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks, with strong attention to detail
and management.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of how the industry works & overall scope of things
