Duties & Responsibilities:
● Meet the quarterly and annual Sales target
● Visiting Architects, Govt. officials, engineers in Govt., Banks etc.
● Educating about our Product to Architects, Corporate, Government, Banks
● Suggesting the required modifications. Giving Presentations about our company & the various
products manufactured by us.
● Understanding the drawings & technical Specifications required – Low to Medium Level required
● Formulating various tender packages along with techno commercial evaluations of the tenders –
Low to Medium Level Required
● Providing quotations, Providing Catalogues, Samples, Getting samples approved from the
concerned person
● Liaise with various Architects, Corporate Clients, Government, Banks for obtaining various
approvals & clearances
● Negotiations, Follow up for the Orders, Getting Product specified -
● Providing the Proforma. Getting PO, advance, coordinating with seniors for time bond delivery
● Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects.
● Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring.
● Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.
● Preferably Should have knowledge of Office Chairs.
● Preferably should have experience of selling modular furniture and office furniture.
● Preference will be given to a person who has experience in selling through GEM.
● Preferably should have experience of selling in the CPWD, PWD
