The Individual should be self driven, collaborative & have pride in the work & company 2- Business Development - The Role is to be more focused on serving right to our clients ( Architects/ Designers / End clients ) and to establish long term relationships based on the work & solutions we have to help them out. Ideal Daily work looks like meetings & discussions with the clients , working on their requirements , collaborating within teams & most importantly be proud of the work you are doing.
Key Responsibilities: Client Discussions & Meetings : Regularly meet with architects and clients to understand their project needs, provide product recommendations, and build long-term relationships. Daily Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through relationship management and networking, working to secure orders and maintain a consistent client pipeline. Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution. Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prepare progress reports, and follow up on leads and ongoing projects. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insightful feedback to the sales and product teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:3-5 years of sales & business development Experience
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to Understand &
communicate smoothly within teams & external clients
Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks, with strong attention to detail
and management.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of how the industry works & overall scope of things
