HIRING FOR CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 6 month to 2 year
Job description:
• Routine tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving changes from clients, and relaying those to the creative and content teams.
• Responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and, therefore, communicating clearly to all those involved.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Developing a deep understanding of clients businesses, goals, and needs to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Analysing client feedback and providing insights and recommendations for improving service quality.
• Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
• Preparing and presenting reports and other documentation to clients, including presentations and contracts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 month to 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
