- Proven ability to manage site activities,
conduct visits, and coordinate effectively with vendors.
- Good construction
management, time management, project management skills
- Ability to deal/
communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lead regular project review
meetings with senior management and team.
- Ability to work
on Autocad, MS Office & Tally Software’s.

Job Profile
|
- Responsible for
Seamless Execution of Civil & Interior Projects, Estimation,
Contracts & Billing Process.
- Work closely with
senior management and other departments to ensure all projects are
completed before schedule, of excellent quality, and within budget,
while establishing a strong reporting system and actively tracking
project progress.
- Demonstrate in-depth
knowledge of Civil & interior design processes, materials, and
specifications.
- Foster strong client
relationships, collecting feedback for continuous project improvement.
- Manage site activities,
conduct visits, and coordinate effectively with various Vendors.
- Coordinate with the
procurement team to resolve material supply challenges and ensure timely
deliveries.
- Stay updated on
market trends and research to apply the latest technologies for improved
efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to
project timelines and efficient coordination for timely product delivery
from the factory.
- Uphold a high
standard of leadership, combining technical expertise with strategic
project management skills for successful interior projects.
- Ensure a strong
reporting system as per requirements of senior management and track the
same.
- Efficiently plan,
gain approval, and analyse risks for comprehensive interior projects.
- Ensure strict
adherence to project timelines and coordinate efficiently for timely
product delivery.
- Establish and
maintain a robust reporting system for effective project tracking and
management.
