Position-: Account Head/Warehouse Manager

Position Overview-:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Account Head Cum
Warehouse Manager to lead and manage

key client accounts while overseeing our warehouse
operations. This dual-role position requires a

balance of strategic client management and hands-on
warehouse oversight. The successful

candidate will ensure client satisfaction, optimize warehouse
performance, and drive operational

efficiency.

Key Responsibility Areas-:

 Act as the primary liaison for major
client accounts, ensuring all aspects of service delivery

meet or exceed client expectations.

 Develop and implement strategies to enhance
client relationships and address their specific

logistics needs.

 Monitor account performance metrics,
analyze data, and provide regular performance

reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

 Manage client inquiries and resolve
issues promptly to maintain high levels of client

satisfaction.

 Oversee all warehouse functions,
including inventory management, order processing,

shipping, and receiving.

 Ensure the warehouse operates
efficiently, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and cost-

effectiveness.

 Implement best practices for warehouse
layout, organization, and processes to enhance

operational efficiency.

 Manage warehouse staff, including
recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance

evaluations.

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations,
health standards, and company policies.

 Develop and execute strategies to
improve warehouse operations and support client

objectives.

 Collaborate with senior management to
align warehouse activities with broader business

goals and client expectations.

 Identify opportunities for process
improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency.

 Prepare and manage budgets for
warehouse operations, including labor, materials, and

equipment.

 Monitor and control operational
expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

 Provide financial reports and forecasts
related to warehouse and account management.

 Utilize warehouse management systems
(WMS) and other relevant technologies to

enhance operational capabilities.

 Stay updated on industry trends and
technological advancements to recommend and

implement improvements.

Qualifications:

 Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics,
Supply Chain Management, Business

Administration, or a related field is required.

 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in
logistics and warehouse management, with a

significant portion of that time in a leadership role.

 Excellent communication and analytical
skills.

 Detail-oriented with high
organizational skills.
