Job description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Map & visit hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in assigned area. Identify the key decision makers & visits their premises for insurance sales.
- Effectively leverage 25+ tie-ups of the firm with medical associations to generate leads and references. Select tie-ups include Delhi Medical Association, Association of Health-care Provider of India, Association of Surgeons of India, Upchar
- Record and track insurance renewals of prospective clients
- Be responsible for complete sales cycle. Client sourcing, pitch presentation, negotiation and Closing
- Work with in-house underwriting team to design suitable policies for clients. Present options from multiple insurers
- Report achievement vis-a-vis plan on periodic basis to management team. Maintain MIS on key performance indicators
- Ensure all technology applications of the firm is effectively utilized by the client including mobile app, support email id, centralized number, policy administration tool, risk diagnostic tool etc.
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
Graduate. & Experience of selling to hospitals is preferred
