• Documentation Preparation:
  

  • Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) and House Air Waybill (HAWB) accurately and in a timely manner.
    
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and complies with airline and customs regulations.
    

• Handover Set:
  

  • Compile and organize all documents required for the handover set.
    
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the handover set is complete and accurate.
    

• Customer Coordination:
  

  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary shipment information and provide updates on shipment status.
    
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
    

• Compliance and Regulations:
  

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all operations comply with legal requirements.
    
  • Handle customs clearance procedures and liaise with customs authorities as needed.
    

• Operational Efficiency:
  

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues.
    
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize export processes.
